Create Your Brand Workspace
Go to tracepath.eu and click Register Brand. Fill in your company name, email address, and choose a password. A verification email will be sent — click the link inside to activate your account and access your dashboard.
- Visit app.tracepath.eu/signup and complete the form
- Check your inbox and click the email verification link
- Log in — you will land directly on your Brand Dashboard
- Your isolated workspace is now ready — no setup, no code
Set Up Your Brand Profile
After logging in, navigate to the Vault & Profile tab in your dashboard sidebar. This is where you enter your company identity — this data is automatically embedded into every Digital Product Passport you publish.
- Upload your brand logo (PNG or SVG, recommended 200×200px)
- Enter your registered business address and country
- Set your legal corporate name and public contact email
- Invite team members via Team Hub if needed
Add Your Suppliers & Factories
Open the Supplier Manager tab. You can add your own production facilities manually, or browse the TracePath Directory to connect with suppliers who are already registered on the platform.
- Click + Add Supplier to create a supplier profile from scratch
- Fill in factory name, country, and production category
- Or use TracePath Directory to connect existing suppliers
- Connected suppliers appear in your DPP checklist automatically
Build & Publish Your Passport
Go to the DPP Manager tab and click + New Passport. Fill in the product details, select the suppliers from the checklist, upload media, and click Publish to make it live instantly.
- Enter product name, SKU, material composition, care instructions
- Select the linked factories from the supplier checklist
- Add carbon footprint, certifications, recyclability (optional)
- Click Publish — your public passport URL is instantly live
Download & Print QR Labels
Once a passport is published, go to QR & Labels in the sidebar. Select the product and download its print-ready QR code. Attach it to your physical product's tag, care label, or packaging.
- Download as SVG for high-quality print production
- Download as PNG for digital use or quick printing
- Attach to apparel tags, garment labels, or product packaging
- Any consumer scanning it sees your full live passport instantly
Track QR Scan Engagement
Head back to your Dashboard Overview. A live chart displays daily scan counts for the last 30 days across all your published passports. All analytics are fully GDPR-safe — no cookies, no personal data collected.
- See total scans across all your published passports at a glance
- View a 30-day timeline chart of daily scan activity
- 100% GDPR-compliant — no IP tracking, no personal data stored
- Use the data to understand consumer engagement trends
